Long-stay value and the 28-day VAT rule
For a single guest staying over 28 continuous nights, from the 29th night VAT is charged only on the non-accommodation portion (a statutory facilities floor of at least 20%) — an effective rate of around 4% versus 20%. Paired with full VAT invoicing, long corporate stays are materially cheaper than hotels. Please take your own VAT advice.

Do you offer credit accounts and 30-day invoicing?
For repeat corporate business, yes — subject to our credit policy. We also do consolidated invoicing for teams and long projects, with full VAT invoices throughout.

Yes — we regularly work with relocation agencies and insurance panels and can invoice the company or managing agent directly. Ask for an account manager.
