One inclusive price, no bills
For longer stays the headache is the admin: utility accounts, council tax, furniture, broadband contracts. We fold all of that into one monthly figure. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, the Wi-Fi is fast and already on, and the place is professionally cleaned before you arrive.
It's a serviced apartment, not a tenancy — so there's no lengthy contract, no setting up and closing accounts, and no waiting for a deposit back at the end.
The 28-day VAT saving on long stays
For a single guest staying more than 28 continuous nights, HMRC's reduced-value rules mean that from the 29th night VAT is charged only on the non-accommodation part of the price (a statutory facilities floor of at least 20%) — an effective rate of around 4% rather than 20% on the same continuous stay. Combined with full VAT invoices to your company, that makes long stays with us notably cheaper than a hotel. Please take your own VAT advice for your circumstances.

Is it cheaper than booking nightly?

Do you take insurance and relocation bookings?
Regularly — relocations, project teams, between-homes moves, renovations and insurance/displacement stays. We can invoice your company or the managing agent directly.
